During the duration of the spell, your eyes become dark holes full of terrifying power. Specify a creature you can see within 60 feet, and force it to make a Wisdom save. The person who fails the save will suffer one of the following effects (you choose).

Before the spell ends, you can use actions to specify a target for each of your own rounds. However, those creatures that have successfully passed the saving throw cannot be specified.
The target falls into a coma. It can wake up again when it is injured or another creature shakes it using an action.
The target is panicked because of you. It must perform a scurry Dash action and move in each of its own rounds, and use the shortest and safest path to escape from you until it has no way to escape. If the target moves 60 feet away from you and cannot see you, the spell effect ends.
The target has disadvantages when making attack checks and ability checks. The target can make another Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its own turns, and the effect ends when the saving throw succeeds.
