Find Familiar

  • Level: 1
  • Casting time: 1 Hour
  • Range: 10 feet
  • Components: V, S, M
  • Duration: Instantaneous

The familiar appears in an unoccupied space within the cast range. Although it has selected biological attribute data, its type is a Celestial creature, a fine creature, or a demon (selected by you) instead of a beast.

Your favorite pet can act independently, but will follow your instructions at any time. When fighting, it rolls first for itself and acts in its own turn. Familiar cannot attack, but it can perform other actions as usual.

The magic pet’s HP disappears when it drops to 0, and will not leave any physical residue, and it will reappear after you reapply the spell.

You can communicate with your monster when you are within 100 feet of you. In addition, you can use one action to switch your vision and hearing to the magical senses of your pet, and continue until your next round.

During this period, you also enjoy the special senses of the magic pet itself, and the senses of your body are equivalent to being deaf and blind.

You can temporarily dissolve your favorite pet with an action. At this point it will enter a small plane waiting for your resuming.

Or, you can choose to dissolve it permanently. When temporarily disbanded, you can call it to appear in any unoccupied space within 30 feet with an action.

You cannot have more than one pet at the same time. If you cast the spell while you already have a pet, you can choose a new form for the existing pet (select from the list above).

In addition, when you cast a spell with a range of touches, your pet can help you pass the spell as if it were cast by the pet.

At this point, your favorite must be within 100 feet of you, and it must be able to perform reactions to deliver spells. If the passed spell requires an attack check, that check will use your own attack modifier.
