You create three flash darts formed by a magic field, and let each dart hit the designated creature you can see within the cast range.

Each dart deals 1d4+1 force field damage to the target. All darts hit the target at the same time, and you can also specify that they hit the same target or hit several targets separately.

Ascending ring cast effect. When casting this spell with 2 or more spell slots, each time you use a spell slot that is one ring higher than the 1st, the spell will create an additional dart.
