You can move the bilocation to twice as fast as you with your actions, and you can make him gesture, speak, and act in any way you specify.

You can see through the billet’s eyes and listen with the billet’s ears as if you were in its place. You can switch between your senses and the billet’s senses with an attached action during your turn. When you use your bilocation’s senses, you’re blind and deaf to the things around you.
