You specify up to six creatures in a 40-foot cube within casting distance and warp the time stream around them. Each target makes a perception immunity, and a failed immunity affects the spell until it ends.
Slow 5e
Level: 3rd
Classes: Sorcerer, Wizard
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
A spellcasting creature’s speed is halved, and its AC and Agility immunity are both -2 minus, and it cannot perform a reaction. The creature can perform either an action or an attached action during its turn, but cannot perform both in a single turn. Regardless of the creature’s abilities or enchanted items, it may only make one melee or ranged attack during its turn.
If the creature attempts to cast a spell with a casting time of 1 action, it must roll a d20. if the result is 11 or higher, the creature’s spell does not take effect until its next turn, and the creature must then use another action to complete the spell. If it fails to do so, its spell is wasted.
The creature may make this perceptual immunity once more at the end of each of its turns, and a successful immunity terminates the effect of the spell on it.
