You gain the ability to move and manipulate creatures or objects with your mind. When you cast this spell, you can use your mind to cause the effects detailed below on a creature or object you can see within the range of the spell. You can also perform this behavior as an action during any of your turns during the subsequent spell duration. You can influence the same goal round after round, or you can choose a new goal at any time. If you change the target, the previous target will no longer be affected by the spell.
Classes: Wizard, Sorcerer
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes
You can try to move a giant or smaller creature. Make an attribute check with your key attribute for casting a spell and fight against the target creature’s power check. If you win the confrontation, you can move the creature 30 feet in any direction (including upright), but you can’t move it away from the cast range. Before the end of your next round, the creature will be restrained by your remote grip. The creature lifted directly above will hover in mid-air.
In the following round, you can try to catch the creature again by playing the previous confrontation (consume an action).
You can try to move an object weighing no more than 1000 pounds. If the item is not worn or carried by any creature, you can automatically move it 30 feet in any direction, but you cannot move it away from the cast range.
If the object is already dressed or carried, you must make an attribute check with your key caster attribute and fight against the creature’s power check. If you win the confrontation, you can remove the target object from the creature and move the object 30 feet in any direction (but you can’t let it leave the cast range).
You can use telekinesis to perform precise operations on objects, such as manipulating a simple tool, opening a door or a container, putting things in or out of an open container, or putting things in a small bottle pour out.
