You cause time to temporarily stop flowing in the world of all creatures except you. You make 1d4+1 rounds at once, during which time is stationary for other creatures, but you can move and use actions as normal.

For the duration of the spell, if one of your actions or any effect you create affects any creature other than you, or affects an object the other creature is wearing or carrying, the spell terminates immediately. In addition, if you move more than 1000 feet from the caster’s position after the spell is cast, the spell also terminates as a result.
