Java – cardview does not display cornerRadius and elevation

I created a card View in the Recycle Bin View and my code works fine, but the problem now is that the Card View doesn’t show rounded edges and elevations at runtime, but it shows up in the design code. My code looks like this

Anyone can encounter this problem, the solution is simple, caused by a bug. There is a difference between backgroundColor and cardbackgroundColor. With setcardbackgroundColor it should work.
