Does anyone know of a quick Android Phonegap development plugin similar to Applaud?
Applaud is very good, but the last supported Phonegap version was 1.9, they haven’t updated it since then, I need at least the Phonegap 2.1 app.

You should download PhoneGap to a local folder. Then instead of using Applaud’s built-in PhoneGap when creating a project, point it to your PhoneGap download folder as follows:
