Dream 5e

Level: 5th

Classes: Bard, Wizard, Warlock

Casting Time: 1 minute

Range: Special

Components: V, S, M

Duration: 8 hours

If the target is asleep, the messenger can enter his dream and communicate with him during his deep sleep. The messenger can create landscapes, objects, and other images in dreams for the duration of the spell. The messenger can end the trance state at any time and terminate the spell effect early.

After the target wakes up completely, he can recall the content of his dream. If the target is awake when you cast the spell, the messenger can understand this. At this point, the messenger can terminate the trance and spells, or wait for the target to fall asleep before entering its dream.

You can make the messenger appear in a terrible image. But at this time the messenger can only provide no more than ten words of information, and the target must successfully pass a perception saving throw. When the save fails, the haunting nightmare of the ghost will affect the target’s sleep, making it unable to benefit from the rest. And when it wakes up, it suffers 3d6 points of mental damage.

If you have parts of the target body, such as hair, nails or similar things. The target has a disadvantage when making the saving.
