Eyebite 5e

For the duration of the spell, your eyes turn into a dark hole filled with terrifying power. Specify a creature you can see within 60 feet and force it to make a Wisdom save.

Eyebite

  • Level: 6
  • Casting time: 1 Action
  • Range: Self
  • Components: V, S
  • Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

The loser of the save will suffer one of the following effects (selected by you). Before each spell ends, you can use the action to specify a target.

However, you cannot designate creatures that have successfully passed the save.

Asleep. The target fell into a coma. When it is injured, or when another creature uses motion to shake it, it can wake up again.

Panicked. The target panics because of you. It must perform the Dash action and move in each of its own rounds, and escape from you as much as possible with the shortest and safest path until it has no way to escape.

If the target moves 60 feet away from you and cannot see you, the spell effect ends.

Sickened. Targets have the disadvantage of making attack checks and performing ability checks.

The target can make another Wisdom save at the end of its own turn, and the effect ends when the save is successful.
